Refund & Return Policy
B2B Returns and Refunds
Prime Mount supplies wholesale and custom products. Returns are not accepted without prior written approval. Customized, private-label or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
Reporting a Problem
Please inspect goods promptly after delivery. Defects, shortages or incorrect items should be reported within 7 business days of receipt, with the order number, quantity affected, photos or video, packaging details and a description of the issue.
Approved Remedies
After review, we may offer repair, replacement, credit or refund where appropriate. The available remedy depends on the product, production records, order terms and the nature of the issue. Any return must follow our written return instructions.
Exclusions
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, normal wear, or storage and handling outside recommended conditions. Custom products are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
