Shipping Policy
B2B Shipping Policy
Prime Mount sells to wholesale, distribution and OEM/ODM customers. Shipping arrangements are confirmed with each quotation or order. Availability, freight cost, carrier, destination requirements and estimated delivery time may vary by country and order volume.
Order Confirmation
Production and shipping schedules begin after the order details, deposit and final specifications are confirmed. Any estimated lead time is based on the information available at confirmation and may change if requirements or quantities change.
Freight and Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges. We will provide tracking or shipment details when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Receiving and Inspection
Please inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage or incorrect item should be reported with photos, packing details and the relevant order number so we can investigate with the carrier and our production team.
